Originally from Hawaii, Dr. Maile made the big move to NYC to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Columbia University. Dr. Maile believes that successful rehabilitation goes beyond simply reducing pain. Her approach focuses on understanding each individual’s goals, optimizing movement, building strength, and creating sustainable strategies that allow individuals to continue doing what they love for years to come. Outside of the clinic, Maile can often be found exploring New York City’s running routes, discovering new coffee shops with her wife, or spending time with their two dogs. Her passion for movement, adventure, and community shapes the personalized and compassionate care she provides to every patient.
